"This group of players, without the internationals, have been very strong for us this year," he said.
"We set standards earlier in the year, young lads who've come into the team and played superbly well, played for each other.
"As any season goes, you're going to have highs, you're going to have lows.
"I thought Glasgow were worth their win, they played better than us in areas.
"We need to be playing to a certain standard to win games, we've kept that most of the year, but we didn't quite hit that standard.
" We're in charge of that and we're the guys who can put it right. The great thing about rugby is there's always another game coming along to put it right. There's always pressure on us at the Ospreys, that's nothing new."
