Lineen's Scotland international contingent were given another week off following the culmination of the Six Nations but that barely affected the Warriors in the RaboDirect PRO12 as they ran in three tries to record a 29-6 victory over Aironi.
It extends their unbeaten league run over the Six Nations period to five matches to keep them firmly in the mix for a RaboDirect PRO12play-off place.
And while Seymour - who scored the opening try at Firhill - wants to see that momentum continued into the final four matches, the 23-year-old is adamant the internationals will have a fight on their hands to regain their first-team places.
"The super five is what we called this run [during the Six Nations] and we've got five super results," Seymour told the Herald.
"We've got ourselves into a great position going into the final few games and now we've got to capitalise on that.
"Sean's always said when he's named the team that there are very tough decisions to be made.
"The internationals have been put under real pressure. Chris Fusaro is a great example. He has made the No 7 shirt his own and put John Barclay under enormous pressure.
