The Exeter-born forward represented England at Under-16 and Under-19 level but qualifies for Wales through his grandmother who came from Merthyr Tydfil.
The 26-year-old signed for Ospreys from Exeter last season and joins nine other club mates in the squad including Biggar who was granted a recall after scoring 39 points in his last two RaboDirect PRO12 games.
Ospreys are currently on European duty and were dealt a scare when Adam Jones was forced off with a knee injury during their 39-22 defeat to Leicester leaving him a doubt for the Tests against Argentina, Samoa, New Zealand and Australia next month.
But Ospreys head coach Steve Tandy played down any fears of the British and Irish Lions capped prop missing the games and took time to pay tribute to Jarvis after his callup.
"It's not something we see as being a problem for the autumn series," the Ospreys coach told the South Wales Evening Post.
"It's something we feel that has to be managed.
"From our point of view, we were pleased with the way Aaron Jarvis went. He has been doing well all season and produced another solid performance."
The Ospreys took an early ten-point lead against their English opponents but were dealt a late blow when Toby Flood, Ben Youngs and Manu Tuilagi all scored tries in the last ten minutes.
Ryan Jones went over for the RaboDirect PRO12 champions but also looked to have hurt his leg - but Tandy insisted the 31-year-old would be fine.
"Ryan has a dead leg. We kept him warmed up during the interval and he was able to dig in for the second half," added Tandy.
