Munster's points came from Ronan O'Gara while Fergus McFadden and Ian Madigan kicked a penalty and a drop goal respectively for the RaboDirect PRO12 leaders.
With both sides appearing to have one eye on next week's Heineken Cup quarter-finals the game struggled to live up to its pre-match billing, but not in the physicality stakes according to Nacewa.
"We are exhausted after that: that is the hardest game we have had to play this season," said Nacewa.
"This is always a tough place to come but we are happy to take the win after that.
"Coming off the defeat to the Ospreys it was a great win, but we still have a lot of things to work on this week. We'll have to switch things up for next week but we are looking forward to it."
