And he was at it again on Friday night to put the icing on the cake of an impressive win for his beloved Ospreys over RaboDirect PRO12 strugglers Newport Gwent Dragons - scoring, and converting, a last-minute try.
A 31-12 win for Williams and co. actually put the Ospreys in the box seat to claim a home semi-final in the play-offs - potentially giving the Wales wing another chance to say goodbye to the Liberty Stadium faithful.
"I don't know what it is about my last games," said Williams. "I don't seem to be playing very well. It might have been a gentlemen's agreement there at the end.
"But it was fantastic game and fair play to the Dragons they made it really tough all the way through and what a crowd.
"Playing for Ospreys, Neath and Amman United has meant everything over the years - it's been the core of everything I've achieved.
"From Amman United to the Ospreys and so it's just been fantastic and it's my home now, my blood is black."
