Biggar has decided his short-term future lies at the Liberty Stadium and will see out the remaining year of his contract as he looks to force his way back into Warren Gatland's plans for this summer's three-Test tour Down Under.
He has potentially three more games to convince him, starting with the Ospreys' trip to Aironi on Saturday for their final RaboDirect PRO12 league fixture.
And with a play-off berth already secured at home to either Glasgow or Munster for next Friday's semi-finals, Biggar doesn't want to be playing his rugby anywhere else.
"I'm happy at this club, and that's particularly been the case in recent months," Biggar told the South Wales Evening Post. "I feel I'm being looked after here.
"It was a flattering offer to have and it's always nice to be linked to other clubs and for people to want you.
"I'm a local boy and it's important to play for your home region. The way things are going at the minute, it's a good place to be.
"I don't think it would help my case if I left. I want to get back in that Welsh squad and challenge for a place. All I can do is keep performing on the pitch.
"A move to France is something that probably appeals to every player, with what's being bandied about over there and what's going on and things.
"It's got to turn your head a bit, but I'm 100 per cent focused on the Ospreys and looking forward to hopefully picking up some silverware at the end of the season.
"This is where I want to play my rugby at the minute. I have another year to go, will fulfil my contract and then see where we are."
