Glasgow will swap their Firhill home of five-and-a-half years for the Scotstoun Stadium at the end of the season while head coach Lineen will take up a position as head of player acquisition at the SRU.
Defence coach Gary Mercer is also heading for the Warriors exit door however forwards coach Munro is staying to work under Gregor Townsend for the new campaign.
And he wants everyone at Glasgow to do all they can to secure a place in the RaboDirect PRO12 play-offs, knowing a win at home to Connacht will not come easy.
"The big thing for us is that we finish on a high as a coaching team. It has been six great years together," Munro told the Daily Record.
"We started off in pretty modest surroundings and are now doing really well, which we are proud of. The new base we have at Scotstoun is quite a legacy for us - and we want to finish off by winning something.
"We haven't beaten Connacht in the last four games - we've had two losses and two draws - so that's been hammered home to the guys this week.
"Connacht are a solid team. They are workmanlike, they slow your ball down and are difficult opponents.
"They've won three games in a row and have a chance of getting their highest finish in the league so it will be tough and it will be brutal."
