The Blues will run out at their spiritual home instead of the Cardiff City Stadium where they moved in 2009.
Chief executive Richard Holland has reaffirmed the club's commitment to remaining at the Cardiff City Stadium, where they have a 20-year lease, but confirmed discussions have also begun about potentially staging a game at Pontypridd's historic Sardis Road.
Despite their formidable home record this season in which they have won all but one of their RaboDirect PRO12 fixtures, the Blues' attendances have hovered around the 7,000 mark.
And whether Friday's excursion across town proves to be a one-off or the start of a regular series of forays, New Zealander Tito is adamant the players are determined to live the occasion.
Tito told WalesOnline: "I'm excited. It's a great ground and a lot of our players have not played there.
"Casey Laulala has been dying to have a game at the Arms Park and this is his chance.
"I think it's a good call from the board and Richard.
"We just hope it works out. In saying that we need to go out and perform."
