Recent reports suggest Ulster, where 27-year-old Bowe spent six years before leaving for Wales in 2008, are favourites for his signature.
But Bowe, who scored a try in Ireland's narrow 23-21 to Wales in Dublin on Sunday, is fully focused on the Six Nations at present, with Declan Kidney's men heading to Paris this weekend for a crucial clash with World Cup finalists France.
"Tommy is still under contract at the Ospreys and at this stage is concentrating on Ireland's Six Nations championship campaign," said Bowe's representatives.
With the IRFU's Player Succession Strategy favouring Irish-qualified players, recapturing Bowe would represent a significant coup for Ulster as they seek to become a force in Europe.
