Barclay free to play after citing

The citing of Glasgow Warriors' back-row forward, John Barclay, for stamping - under Law 10.4(b) - was upheld by an independent Scottish Rugby Discipline Panel at Murrayfield last night.
Barclay was cited by an independent citing commissioner at the Magners League match against Leinster on Friday (23 April) at Firhill. However, the panel did not feel the incident warranted a red card so no suspension was given to the player who is free to play.
