Glasgow conceded 43 points in their Round 4 defeat to leaders Munster at Firhill last weekend and Kellock admits that kind of tally isn't acceptable.
"I'm still thinking about Munster and how we sort things out for Ravenhill on Friday because that's the priority," said Kellock, who saw the Warriors start their campaign with a win before suffering three successive defeats in his absence.
"There was a lot of disappointment over the weekend. We could not have worked harder in the first half against Munster and we put ourselves in a good position against a very good side, but they came out and upped it in the second half, and we didn't match that.
"Ronan O'Gara was instrumental in pinning us back and they were relentless in coming away with points every time they got into our territory.
"Scoring 29 points at home should be enough to beat anybody. You shouldn't be leaking more than 29 points, so we've got work to do."
Glasgow began the new season with a 22-19 triumph over 2010 Grand Finalists Leinster but have since picked up just one more point in three matches.
Defeat at the Dragons in Round 2 was followed by a home reverse to Connacht, a game that signaled an end to a hugely impressive run at Firhill.
Sean Lineen's men looked like they were about to put that disappointment to bed last weekend when they led 26-17 at the break but a 26-3 scoreline in Munster's favour in the second period put paid to Glasgow's hopes of a second win of the season.
Next up is a trip to high-flying Ulster, a team six places and nine points ahead of the Warriors in the table.
