A Celtic Rugby Disciplinary Appeal Panel convened in London on Tuesday to hear the appeal by the Ospreys against the four-point deduction and £100,000 fine imposed last season following a 'misconduct' charge brought against them by the Celtic Rugby tournament director.
The Appeal panel chairman, Edwin Glasgow QC, who was joined by a representative from each of the Scottish and Irish Rugby Unions on the panel, is currently reviewing all the evidence. As soon as the Appeal Panel has reached a decision they will inform both Celtic Rugby and the Ospreys.
Once the verdict has been imparted to those two bodies the information will be published on magnersleague.com.
