The former Pontypridd, Swansea, Celtic Warriors and Newport Gwent Dragons star is still playing with Neath in the Principality Premiership, where he is also acting as Conditioning Coach.
His new appointment will see him acting as an assistant to the Ospreys Academy Conditioning Coach, Keith Hollifield and working with the next generation of professionals at the Welsh region.
The 48-times capped Morgan, now 32, will be working with the Ospreys' leading talent at under 16 level.
