And while Treviso's green and white hoped shirts will be familiar to many rugby supporters thanks to the club's presence in the Heineken Cup, almost everything about Aironi, from identity to playing kit, will be a completely new experience.
And with their debut season just weeks away, Aironi have announced that they will wear black and silver for Magners League home games and white and silver for Magners League away games.
The side will also sport a third strip - a green number that will be worn for European fixtures.
"I'm sure that our players will honour the jerseys," said Aironi's head coach, Franco Bernini.
"It will be a tough season for us, but every single player is working hard at the moment, and given that we will get to our first Heineken Cup match having already played several Magners League games, that will help us raise our intensity and also upgrade our results."
Italy international scrum-half, Tito Tebaldi is just one of an impressive-looking Aironi squad desperate to get the new Magners League campaign underway, with the 22-year-old admitting that the opportunity to test himself against Britain and Ireland's best on a weekly basis makes club rugby an even bigger priority than representing his country.
"I was born in Parma and being part of this team and this franchise is an honour," said Tebaldi.
"This is a big opportunity for me and for the other young guys who are part of Aironi. Right now, Aironi is more important than Italy for me."
