Jonathan scored six tries in his first four Magners League games this season.
He was one of the league's standout players in September but hasn't played in the competition since injuring his ankle against the Dragons at Rodney Parade in Round 4.
Jonathan looked set to play a key role for Wales this month but suffered a reoccurrence of his injury during an international training session prior to the match against Australia.
Despite his current absence, he should still reach a half century of Magners League appearances by the end of the season. Jonathan has played 41 times in the tournament since making his debut back in the 2007/08 campaign.
