Shaun Berne kept Leinster in touch with the three-times winner Toulouse with three first-half penalties and then added a wide angled conversion of No 8 Jamie Heaslip's try. But it was not enough to keep Guy Noves' side at bay.
Two tries in the space of five minutes just before the hour, from centre Yannick Jauzion and match winning outside half David Skrela, put Toulouse in control and means they will now march on the Stade de France on Saturday, 22 May to try to win the title for the fourth time.
Tries from their British & Irish Lions duo of Leigh Halfpenny and Gethin Jenkins kept the Blues on course for a showdown with high-flying Toulon - and a chance to win their first Euro title. It means they can expect an exciting end to the season, especially if they can beat Munster this weekend and qualify for the Magners League Play-Offs.
