Humphreys said he doesn't really care who ends up travelling to the Liberty Stadium, Swansea, on Friday, 14 May (kick-off 7.05pm) for the first of the two Play-Off semi-finals.
Sunday night's fixtures will determine who the Welsh region will face, with Edinburgh, Cardiff Blues and Munster all vying for the fourth and final semi-final place.
There were a few nerves among the 8,004 crowd at the Liberty Stadium before the Ospreys sealed the bonus point triumph they needed to guarantee a home draw next weekend, but they got there in the end.
Ironically it was a try from Scottish international wing Nikki Walker that put an end to the hopes of his fellow countrymen from Glasgow Warriors of sneaking a home tie and he grabbed the bonus point score moments after the Warriors had secured theirs 12 miles down the road in Llanelli.
Bernardo Stortoni's 68th minute try at Parc y Scarlets secured maximum points for the Warriors in a 37-32 win over the Scarlets and for a few minutes at least had them one point ahead of the Ospreys in the race for the home tie.
It was a tense finish to an amazing regular league campaign and there promises to be more drama on Sunday night.
"We were keeping an eye on proceedings at Llanelli and there were a few nerves at times during the game," admitted Ospreys coach Jonathan Humphreys.
"We wanted to build a game, build a lead and then take things from there. We were a bit edgy at times and we will need to be more accurate next week.
"But we are looking forward to going out with a bang this season. We know that whoever we play is going to be tough, but I don't think anyone is going to relish coming to the Liberty Stadium next week.
"We have made good strides as a team this season and the squad is in a good place. It is cup rugby from here on in and our players relish that environment.
"We wanted to earn a home tie because we know what an advantage it can give a team after three successive seasons on the road in the quarter-finals of the Heineken Cup."
The Ospreys will have to wait until Sunday night to discover which team they will be hosting at the Liberty Stadium, but they believe they can get their name on the Magners League trophy for a third time.
