The original hearing scheduled for 19 April 2010 was postponed due to the volcanic ash travel disruption. 12 May 2010 was the first available date upon which the Panel and witnesses could convene. If the Panel finds that the charges are proved it will determine the appropriate sanction.
Given that this matter is now in the hands of the Panel, no further comment will be made by Celtic Rugby until after the hearing has taken place.
