Six penalties from the boot of outside half Rhys Priestland gave the Welsh region the victory that took them to the top of their Pool and one bonus point win away from reaching the semi-finals.
Even though former England wing Tom Varndell crossed for two tries, the home side were undone by Priestland's deadly boot. The outside half kicked his side into a nine point lead before Wasps got on the scoreboard.
This latest victory for the Magners League side comes hot on the heels of their draw against Harlequins and bonus point win over Worcester in the Anglo-Welsh tournament. They also beat London Irish home and away in the Heineken Cup.
