Johnson's men ran out victors by 19 points to 15 at the Liberty Stadium but Johnson is now hoping his side will gel even better at the same venue against their bitter rivals next Sunday.
"We'd like to get some cohesion. I was talking to the Munster coaches last week - they're in a similar situation. You get a lot of people taking away for long periods - six weeks in the case of our boys - where we don't get to see them," said Johnson.
"So it's really nice to have them back. We then just had a week before (Europe) and we gave them some time off so they could rest their bodies. But then you're balancing that off with this bad weather and it would just be nice to get a bit of cohesion.
"But I'll take lack of cohesion and the guts and resilience they showed here (against Munster) every time.
"I think the effort was first class. It was brave. Since the autumn internationals, we've really only had one training session together because of the inclement weather so we're a little rusty as a group.
"What am I most proud of? You don't coach for yourself: you coach to see the development of people. And I saw some very resilient men out there and it's hard not to get touched by it."
