Holley delighted

The Ospreys produced a dominant first-half performance and raced into a 22-9 lead and despite being held up in the second-half, Holley was pleased to see his Welsh stars come through injury-free.

"You are always happy to win and we came through unscathed," said Holley.

"We got everybody on the field and back in the fold and when we have a good look at it we will be happy but at the same time we still have plenty to work on.

"We took the decision to give them four days off and we only had Thursday to prepare and a light run on Friday and we got across the line with 30 points and that has to be pleasing.

"We kept the ball well but in the second half, Rob Moffatt, the Edinburgh coach, must have got stuck into his side because we got pretty quick ball off first and second phase in the first half but they fanned out well in the second half.

"Possession-wise we looked pretty threatening but we were disappointed we weren't really able to pull away in the second half and push for a bonus point which we should be looking to do when we are at home in the Magners."
