The victory gave Scotland their first away series win in half a century as they continued their substantial progress under head coach Andy Robinson.
"This is a real high point in my career - the highest ever," said Kellock, who was also instrumental in Glasgow's surge to the inaugural Magners League Play Offs.
"It doesn't get any better than this at the moment. To beat Argentina twice in a row is a fantastic achievement.
"We came over to Argentina and worked very well and all the effort we have put in has been made worthwhile because of the win.
"Massive credit has to go out to not just the players but to everyone else involved as well.
"It has been a huge effort and we have all had a really enjoyable time."
Scotland began the second Test brilliantly, with lock Jim Hamilton powering over inside four minutes to give the visitors a dream start.
The remainder of the match was as tight as most observers expected but Scotland showed great character and togetherness to finish the season on an almighty high.
"Some days you win ugly and some days you go and win through courage. I think we won with courage," added Robinson.
"It is hard work and the guys put in a lot of effort to achieve something very special.
"When you achieve what we have just done it gives everybody belief in what we are trying to do.
"Winning gives you that and everybody was desperate to win the game."
