He had been offered a place in the Leinster Under 19 squad for the 2010/11 season, but instead opted to return to Walesto join the Ospreys on a three-year devlopment contract.
Welsh born Ireland U-18 cap Ross Jones is to return home to Walesto play rugby next season after signing a three year development contract with the Ospreys.
"I'm really excited about signing for the Ospreys and coming home to Wales. Although I recently played for Ireland, I am Welsh and when Wales play IrelandI'm always wearing a red jersey," said Davies.

The Ellis brothers have joined the Dragons this summer from London Wasps. Hugo captained Wales Under 16 before going on to lead England Under 20 into the IRB JUnior World Championship final in Wales two years ago.
He is a No 8, while Arthur is a hooker who is currently in the England Under 20 squad at the IRB JWC in Argentina.
