Aironi haven't won a game so far this season but their performances of late, especially against Edinburgh in Round 5 of the competition is fresh on the mind of Turner.
The Dragons boss has stated that he is aware of the threat but knows that it is vital his side come away with the victory at Rodney Parade.
"It goes without saying that it is a must win game," said Turner.
"We just need to start getting some points and we have another important game the week after against the Ospreys as well.
"Even though they haven't got a win yet, I think they should have.
"They have troubled sides and should have beat Edinburgh the other week and they have got a lot of big names.
"It is a big pack with (Marco) Bortolmai, (Carlo Antonio) Del Fava, (Nick) Williams and (Salvatore) Perugini.
"Also I know Ludovic (Mercier) from my time at Gloucester and he is probably one of the best goal kickers I have seen, so we will have to be disciplined.
"They have got the former Blue Bulls lad (Danwel) Demas and Rod Penney who has just joined from Saracens so they have some big names."
The two sides will meet at 18:30 on Saturday as Magners League action returns following the European break.
