Treviso centre Tommaso Benvenuti, who has impressed since making a try-scoring debut against the Scarlets on the opening weekend of the season is one of two uncapped players in the 30-man squad.
Veteran Stade Francais No8 Sergio Parisse has recovered from injury to lead the squad which also includes both captains from Treviso and Aironi, Antonio Pavanello and Quintin Geldenhuys.
Italy begin their November tests against Argentina on 13 November before facing Australia and Fiji later in the month.
