The squad sees a return to Ulster for prop Tom Court, who has been temporarily released from the Ireland senior squad for the Magners League fixture.
Darren Cave; Andrew Trimble; Mark McCrea; Isaac Boss; Ian Humphreys; Ryan Caldwell and Ed O'Donoghue, all depart from Ireland A duties, for the next round of Ulster's Magners League campaign.
Chris Henry remains in the senior squad, after his recent performances in the Heineken Cup, alongside Phoenix Ulster Rugby Academy star Ian Whitten.
Cillian Willis, back on form, is named in the squad, after recovering from injury.
Carlo Del Fava and Simon Daneilli have been released from International duty with Italy and Scotland respectively, for the clash with the Welsh.
Not eligible for selection are; Paddy Wallace, Rory Best and Stephen Ferris, who remain with the National squad, in preparation for their next RBS 6 Nations game against England at Croke Park, on the 28th February.
Ulster currently sit one bonus point ahead of Dragons, heading into Sunday's match. With both sides having won four and lost six of their Magners League games this season, this will be one away match that Ulster will be looking for a convincing win from.
Magners League action returns to Ravenhill on Saturday 7th March, as Ulster take on Glasgow Warriors in a mid-table clash. Tickets for the fixture are currently on sale.
