No Bowe blow for Ospreys

The Ireland international had been in danger of missing the Magners League fixtures against the Scarlets, the Blues and Ulster on Boxing Day, January 2 and January 8 respectively after being cited following the Heineken Cup win over Viadana last weekend.

Bowe had been accused of a dangerous tackle on Viadana's Kaine Robertson during the 62-7 triumph in Italy on Saturday.

But the 25-year-old was found not guilty of the charge at a European Rugby Cup disciplinary hearing in Dublin on Thursday.

Bowe, who has been involved in seven of the Ospreys' Magners League fixtures so far this season, is now free to continue playing.
