The return of the Welsh international provides a vital boost to the region as the team looks to move on from their disappointing defeat by Cardiff Blues on Sunday.
Hooker Tom Willis will captain the side, making his second start since his return from a calf injury with Shaun Connor taking on the duties at 10.
The team will also be supporting a local charity tomorrow night by wearing a specially commissioned shirt in aid of Sparkle.
Only 50 of these shirts have been produced and all 50, including those worn in the derby clash with the Scarlets will be auctioned off by the charity. Full auction details to follow.
