Wing Robertson, 24, stand-off Blair, 23, and prop Grant, 23, have all been capped by Scotland 'A' while centre Easson, 22, has represented Scotland 7s - underlining the strength in depth in the current Edinburgh squad.
Now with Edinburgh aiming to surpass this season's record finish of second place, all four players revealed they believe they can achieve their career goals in the Black and Red.
After an injury-wrecked debut season, Robertson enjoyed an uninterrupted sequence of starts during the first half of the campaign where he scored an impressive four tries.
But his progress stalled through injury during the second half of the term and now he is hoping to stay fit next season and help Edinburgh challenge for honours.
Robertson said: "The first half of the season went really well for me and I enjoyed it, although I struggled with injury after January. But I'm really excited about the prospect of the team challenging for trophies next year.
"With the team finishing in second place this year, we are planning to build on that success and there is no reason why we can't win the Magners League. Hopefully we can also do well in Europe and progress through to the knockout stages of the Heineken Cup. Everyone is really excited and we can't wait until the start of next season.
"I am hoping to become a more consistent performer next year and up the try tally. With more confidence, most wingers improve and I feel I've got a lot more to give."
Stand-off Blair, younger brother of Lions scrum-half Mike, admits he will be planning to challenge Phil Godman for Edinburgh's number 10 jersey next season and that the competition for places helps every player to raise their performance levels.
Blair said: "I'm really happy to have signed the deal. I haven't played a lot this year, so hopefully next year I'll be able to get a few more starts. I will keep on pushing for the stand-off position with Phil. I think Phil has been playing really well this year and I've tried to learn as much as I can when I play.
"I've tried to improve and take in as much as I can, so when I do play again I am a better player. With Phil playing as well as he has done, it does raise the bar. That means that when I do get an opportunity I need to seize it to remind the coaching staff of my credentials as a player."
Blair has been called into the Scotland 'A' squad for the forthcoming IRB Nations Cup in Romania (12-21 June) and he says he is determined to learn from the experience and return to Edinburgh with a more developed skill-set.
He added: "I'm really looking forward to the tour. There will be plenty of experienced guys about who I can learn from and hopefully we'll be able to do well out there."
Centre Easson, who coaches local amateur team, Murrayfield Wanderers, is also enthused about the future and says he loves life at Edinburgh.
Easson, who made four appearances two seasons ago, said: "Edinburgh is a great club and I'm really pleased to have signed for another two years. Next season I'm aiming to stay injury free and to make an impact in the team."
Former Royal Signaller Grant, who made his first start for the team in February, has signed for a further two seasons where he will provide competition in the front row.
Robertson, Blair, Easson and Grant have shown their commitment for the 2009/2010 and now Edinburgh supporters are being encouraged to follow suit by signing up for a great value Season Ticket package.
